Delete your account
Request closure and deletion review for a Flinx customer, Pro or business account.

Fastest option: use the app
- Sign in to Flinx.
- Open your Profile or Business Profile.
- Choose Privacy and data or Close business account.
- Select Close account and confirm your password.
This immediately disables platform access and creates a tracked privacy request for retention review.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@aurostrat.com with the subject “Flinx account deletion request”. Include the email address linked to the account and whether it is a customer, Pro or business account.
Do not email a password, full bank or card details, or identity documents. Flinx will provide a secure identity-verification step if needed.
What is deleted and what may be retained
Profile data and uploaded information that are no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified after the closure review. Open jobs, disputes, safety investigations and legal holds must be completed first.
Job, invoice, payment, payout, tax and dispute records may be retained for up to five years after the relevant transaction or case closes. Verification evidence may be retained for up to three years after closure where needed to document a completed review. Consent and privacy-request evidence may be retained for up to five years.
Protected backups expire through the applicable backup rotation and are not restored for ordinary use after a valid deletion.
Timing and contact
Flinx aims to acknowledge requests promptly and complete or explain the retention review within 30 days. Complex, disputed or legally restricted requests may require more time, in which case we will provide an update.
